The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Ireland acts as an important conduit for contacts and networking on a regional, national and international level. We are an innovative, dynamic and highly customer focused organisation. There are 11 Chambers of Commerce in Sweden and nearly 50 all around the world. The Swedish Chambers of Commerce constitute one of the largest business organisations in Sweden. Founded in 1902, they now have 15,000 member companies drawn from all sectors of the economy. The Chambers offer members practical services relevant to the modern economy.

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Ireland has close links with the Irish organisations responsible for the promotion and development of Irish industry at home and abroad, keeping close contact with the Swedish Embassy and Business Sweden (based in London, UK). We represent the views of our members to Government, business and trading organisations as required.
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Ireland organises regular lunches and events for members, which are addressed by speakers on relevant business subjects. Members meet to exchange news, ideas and information in an informal atmosphere. Other activities include:-
  • Organisation of conferences and other business meetings, which can include topics of specific and general content, in order to inform members of changes in the business environment and to provide a forum for stimulating discussion and contact between members.
  • Organisation of joint social/business events with other Scandinavian business associations.
